Our ultra-modern chicken processing facility ensure production of quality poultry meat. All processed chicken passes through automated chillers that ensures that meats are thoroughly cleaned and matured before being transferred for the packing and preservation.  These processes ensure that final output are of the highest quality which prevents bacterial infections and ensure high quality shelf life.

1 FARM SHOP

On site we always range of fresh eggs, fresh and frozen poultry. Our beef are butchered on our farms and vegetables are grown on our farm land.

2 CHICKEN PROCESSING

Other farmers and suppliers are able to process their broiler chicken using our facility at affordable rates.  We also process and package broiler chicken for organisations and individuals under our white-labeling scheme.

3 FULL-FAT SOYA AND SOYA CAKE

A dedicated equipment for processing of full-fat soya, soya cake, and extraction of Soya oil enables the farm to provide the farming community quality source of protein for their poultry birds.

4 BILTONG

Well matured and flavoured biltong made from game animals.

Organic and Free Range Chicken

Organic Chicken – Day old chicks are reared indoors for 3-4 weeks depending on weather conditions, after this they are introduced gradually to outdoor life and spend the next 2 months free range on organic pasture. They are housed at night in small groups. They are fed a certified organic feed and are aged at least 10 weeks old before they reach your plate, this produces larger, better tasting chickens than the average supermarket birds. All chickens are slaughtered and butchered on farm, reducing food miles.

Free Range Chicken – are reared to the same standards as the organic birds for the first 3-4 weeks they are then fed a non-organic feed (which is bespoke milled for us to be additive free). The welfare standards are exactly the same as the organic birds and they spend their lives outdoors in small groups. They are also slaughtered on the farm to organic standards.
